We represent insurance companies in complex cases arising out of insurance coverage and bad faith/extra contractual disputes.  Our cases have involved asbestos, professional liability, environmental, toxic tort, construction, products, advertising injury, personal injury and workers compensation claims.

We aggressively represent our clients in their pursuit of court rulings that accurately reflect the intended meaning and application of the insurance policies at issue.  Some lawsuits involve many other insurance carriers and in many of those cases, our attorneys have acted as members of the Steering Committee or Liaison Committee, taking an active role in the management and resolution of the lawsuit.

Our lawyers have extensive experience litigating cases in both Federal and State courts in the Western United States.  Besides our trial court experience, we maintain an active appellate practice.  Our lawyers have represented parties and amici curiae in many cases that have resulted in the leading published opinions in California, as well as decisions in other state and Federal courts that have influenced insurance law.
